Festival Village Race Day Details
We are looking forward to seeing you on June 27 for the Baltimore Women's Classic 5K! Thank you for your participation!
Here are logistics for the day. Please take a moment to review these details. If you have questions, please email ellen@baltimorewomensclassic.com.
- Please ensure that you arrive early to get parking. Volunteers will be available for help in unloading your merchandise.
- Visit the Festival Village check-in table to get your table assignment upon arrival.
- Be prepared to have your booth open and set up for a 7:00am village start. The pre-race village will be open to the public at 7:00am. The race starts at 8:00am.
- Table set-up: We will provide a 6 foot table and 2 folding chairs. Please plan to promptly break down your space following the close of ceremonies (approximately 10:30am).
- Tents: Some of you may choose to set up a tent in your space. Please feel free to do so. (If anyone local may have an extra tent that we may borrow please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.)
- Location: Rash Field- 400 Key Highway between the Maryland Science Center and the Rusty Scupper Restaurant. Baltimore, Maryland 21230

- Directions: Please visit our web site for more detailed directions. Google Maps is a great tool for driving directions from your location to the race.
- Sales: We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to conduct retail sales. You are responsible for all sales of your goods and services. The BWC assumes no responsibility for your merchandise on site.
- Inclement Weather: The Race Committee will make every effort to have the race.
